when it's cold or i'm doing exercises it retracts even further, to a point where it gets very uncomfortable. Is it just a thing of mine?
I mean, i know that in those conditions it's physiological due to blood flowing to other parts, but not to the point where it feels like i must "stretch it out" as
soon as possible
