That depends what you like to draw.
If you are a beginner, perhaps slower boards would be best?
Not every place has a thread for drawing though that is up all the time. You'd have to start your own. You can try /ic/, /s4s/, /trash/, or /r9k/. Don't use the /b/ drawing thread, it's pants on head retarded with spammers, drama makers and threadlifers that run people out because they like to destroy things.
There are several drawthreads across themed topic boards. But given what you posted in OP, I assume you're looking to just request? Your mileage will vary regarding original characters, you'll likely have to stick to random boards for that. Maybe try asking on /wsr/.
