I actually really like all of the colors and how you but spots of warm and cool tones. I like the red one and how his green and stone teal-ish body contrasts with the red. These poses are so dynamic and fluid. I love the bird boy designs. They look so happy!

The linework and colors are excellent. I agree that the pink one looks great, but I also like the blue one as well, they feel like two sides of the same coin. Second to last one is also really charming to me, it kinda feels like a jungle chicken with the head and tail feathers, really cute.

He's the Chief morale officer of the crew, very popular with people but extremely useless in any combat despite his strength. yet he's still arrogant and has delusions of grandeur despite so.

that's an interesting idea! I have to think about it. His tail is essentially a giant lizard / serpent tail that changes color from green to brown. I also have an OC with antennae, so maybe horns are a bit too close to antennae? idk :S I'll have to draw Lizardman naked again since his lower half is all probably a bit weird. He tries to cover it up with clothing.

Practice makes perfect, anon-- your rendering will improve in due time.
I think one improvement you could make would be paying attention to your hard edges and soft edges, but especially your hard edges. Looking at other artworks/IRL examples will help you understand how better to render human body. Sorry if this is worded poorly, but I hope this helps!
