Why wouldn't they be allowed ? The Chinese are allowed to post anywhere they want, it's the sites that are restricted for not complying with Chinese law. 4chan is not blocked or restricted anywhere in china !

Ive yet to see a single actual art piece being produced from these 'chinese art exam' picture and video online. In fact I cant even name a single chinese artist (someone that actually draw and paint on top of a canvas) and recognize their works instantly; I dont even know their style or movement or what kind of art that they made in there. Its always these art entrance exam with hundreds if not thousands of chinamen drawing realistic portrait of the same exact guy wiithout coherent output at all

ok so
china has almost 2 billion people
the us (assuming you are a burger like me) has like 350 million
if we assume even 5% of china's people are artists then that's like one hundred million artists. of course you're going to think that chinks are art obsessed if there are that many in comparison to your country

1. china's closer to 1 billion with some schizos arguing they're faking their population and are under 500 million based on sodium consumption
2. 5% artists, as in illustrators, painters etc is insane unless you're counting 60 year old ladies painting once a month at the community center or something, that's like calling everyone jogging in the park an athlete

China's population numbers are fairly contested. A lot of power comes from having a large population, and a lot of power comes from other countries having the idea that you have a large population. So it's just a matter of how much we think the Chinese government would be willing to exaggerate their numbers.

Those factories that churn out human xerox machines, who then go on to work in factories where they churn out replicas of great western paintings to sell for cheap on Amazon etc., are definitely something, but I wouldn't call it art.
