Duplicate layer of your drawing, blur it then decrease transparency about 70%

The sketch I've drawn has a different atmosphere this one, if my understanding is correct fixing the anatomy, dynamic as well as perpective would help a lot. Then from there I can go messy with my drawing in order to achieve vague but somewhat beautiful effect. I don't understand clothing layer as well as movement but I've applied a bit on the left already although it does not make sense. In order to be chaotic is to understand the basic fundamental, what an obvious statement of mine ahahhahaha. I'll go fix the right side and make it like my first one, see you.

Hmm, once I go beyond sketching, the effect is gone... well atleast its polished, forgot about the tail so ignore the backside, where I remove a few lines since light is at the back. Hahaha, other then improving my lines where is stays consistent and appropriate, having too much was overkill then again it looks cool just a bit time consuming.
