Is actually servicable advice. The values are too close together, it needs some contrast. Xir needs to build a value hierarchy. Never mind the sloppiness and failure to portray form.

As some anons stated, it looks flat. That happens because of lack of depth and values. You seem like a beginner so I will do the best to explain
Values are the scale of darkness and light in a drawing, when values are too similar they blend together - while this may be good for giving color variation its not good for shapes because it gives the impression they are the same thing. You can solve this by adding an all black layer above all layers and setting the layer mode to Color, this way you can perfectly see the values and deepen them
I also recommend studying the planes of the face such as the Asaro Head
