Can you even draw anything half decently? It's one thing to ask if you can draw in a certain style quickly, it's another to ask if you can draw at a such a level when starting from zero.

Anyway, assuming you have some drawing ability - which I don't think you do, given that you're asking this question - simply do studies of images with the style you want to imitate, and do some drawings using what you learned from those studies to imitate the look to the best of your ability.
After drawing an original image, do some self critique to see where you differ, rinse, repeat.

Of course, if you're starting from zero, no you won't be able to draw like that in a month's time.
