I cant be the only one who dislikes those popular instagram artists who have like 5 or 4 *somewhat* well design OCs that try to manifest it into an animated show or a webcomic. Do they really think people will line up to watch their retarded coffee shop AU with no plot?

Depends on what you mean by that.
If they're actually working on their comic/show, then I have respect for that, even if the end product is banal.
If they're just posting images of their characters and acting like they'll ONE DAY work on said project for real, then yeah, that irritates me. Especially if they start the project and then drop it. I followed an artist once who did that multiple times, and this was after years of hyping up the comic that they would make one day - only to realise they hated making comics and giving up after like five pages.
Why make characters and write elaborate stories and worlds for them if you don't want to do anything with that? It's no better a use of time than making fan characters.

What's the criticism here? That they should post only once and then never return? That they're posts are low quality?
