If he didn't give up and isn't a perma beg atleast mid beg and I am low-balling it a little.

He spams soft shading in 2014 but his understanding of 3d form is better.
Based on the way he drew sonic's arms also a basic bitch understanding on how to shade skin (or maybe his using a filter , I am not well versed on those).
So... assuming he keeps up the improvement for like 12 more years and isn't slacking off too hard he should be decent

Actually scrap that I found his DA he dropped the ball after that and then seemingly quit after 2019. His 2019 art is mostly "passable" but the problem is he is not "trying" anything more ambicious than MLP-esque cartoon style with non-existant shading which is likely the culprit for the stagnation. Sure it's better than his 2014 but I doupt he is getting any high begs on plg.
