I can confirm this when I was stanbul an arab kid was absolutely having the time of his life tormenting some poor turk waiter. Like treating them like absolute filth. If that happened in Georgia the waiter would probably punch the brat.
Now of course this means service industry in Turkey is top class but still it was amusing watching this little arab kid tormenting the turk wagie.
I think the same thing happened when I was on the way from Batumi to Trabzon like this arab family went to a Turk business owner's cafe on the road and absolutely devastated their toilet.
