According to morrowfags Dunmer shouldn't look like that, and all should ugly and unappealing, with extremely wrinkled and deformed skin and otherwise it would be "generic" and "goonbait".
My take is that pic is mostly fine but she should have more prominent brow ridges and lean a bit more into looking like Romuland and Vulcans from Star Trek. That's kind of what TES elves are suppose to look like.
