Every day I thank God for making me an Icelander where the schools serve exclusively fish and lamb with potatoes and butter.

The problem with "Western" food is that fast food is almost entirely based on it. So, it is very difficult to teach good nutrition to kids when "normal" food is barely different from fast food. In Asia, it is easier since local food can be very different to fast food. The solution is to abandon "Western" food at school and start feeding kids Asian-style meals: rice + chicken/fish/beef + veges.

To be fair I used to live there and the city was considered part of the midlands for a long time (it even got Midlands Today as the regional news)
The county itself though is definitely South West
