You've been here less then a week and yet you've already hit it out of the park & put out diamond after diamond. I've read this and then reread it 3 times. Not sure if it'll rank higher then "From Dai To Dork" when the recency bias wears off, but this is still a fantastic work. Reimu ironically enough might be my favorite part, this feels like how she'd actually react if this tomfoolery occurred in canon.
Not sure what you're apologizing for with the lewd comment, the sexual tension is already so thick and pungent. I'm not sure what more you could've be done besides Marisa just straight up giving Anon a quickie or something.

If I had to suggest anything to improve on though; there are some spots where I feel you could've used more varied language instead of repeating words. For example

Marisa's half of the TF sequence is another example. It works as is, but sometimes it feels like she's just retelling what's happening to anon that paragraph. Wouldn't have minded trading some of those lines for more focus on action like showing her growing from her infamous "near-fairy" level height to the average human male, or her ovaries basically forcing themself out into the open.
Don't take my criticism too much to heart though. A meal with a few overdone French Fries is still a good meal.

I liked the asymmetry of the transformation with the ears. It tends to be written pretty systematically and one section of the body after the other, so it's refreshing for the transformation of the ears to happen one and then the other being delayed rather than at the same time. I think writing a transformation that basically spirals around the body might be neat one of these days. Anon having to deal with his body being asymmetrical and having an uneven body for a while before his body reaches the equilibrium of its new form. Good work so far and I promise it's on par with the previous stories from here. I can say that because I wrote a lot of them.
