First was finally shown off today and will be released after maintenance on the 25th as a new tank.
His hero action is an AoE heal for himself and allies that also purges any status effects - this purge lingers for a brief period after he stops using his HA.
His hero ability sets the casting time for all healing cards to instant and also buffs how much they heal (appears to be an increase of about 20% so a 40% heal becomes a 48% heal).
His hero skill casts a line of death across the map and is similar to Nidhogg in that you can manually aim it on the map. Unsure if it pierces shields.
In other news, the Fate/Stay Night collab will be back from the 26th.
Dizzy's hero skill reduced to nothing, rest in peace.

His skills do lend well to him being able to pop heals over time and then just eat any stuns, poisons or sliences thrown at him. I wouldn't mind trading off some attack for more health though

I really hope someone compiles the story and events somewhere, so I can MTL it. There are so MANY interesting stories you could tell in the uta universe and somehow they KEEP insisting on releasing shitty prequels to the two mask games.

They don't get paid enough to bother with that shit, especially if there is no profit from doing so. Most of the time they basically have to remake the whole thing for offline versions, it isn't as simple as pressing a few button to release them.

Compass has updated and First is now available along with the Fate/stay night rerun. The usual new hero bonuses and the collab will be available until the 8th.
Card balancing changes are now live - full details are in-game but a good number of instant and heal-over-time cards have had their healing amounts buffed. Another notable change is that the Satou Tadanobu shield card has been upped to 90% damage reduction, so you've now got a 3 second 90% shield on a 10 second cooldown.
As for hero balancing:
Atari:

Chi-chan catching an incredibly unnecessary stray for some reason.
First's first impressions are that he feels a bit shit. He doesn't have enough health be putting yourself in a position where you just soak up damage and so far nobody is bringing out status effect cards, leaving him with just a piddly heal. His hero ability feels like it's of limited use. - most healing cards worth using are already instant cast and the recent buff makes them stronger even without the bonus healing amount. He feels like a very slow attacker with abilities to counter the effects of a small number of heroes.
One thing to keep in mind is that his hero skill pierces counter cards so don't stand in that thing.

I kind of felt the negative effects of her HS even if it wasn't OP in a blatant way. It was pretty fast charging (easily twice a game), had a lot of area coverage, good travel speed, break and knock-up on top of that and even a small burn damage as the cherry-on-top.

I don't see Chi-chan terribly often but I never really come up against her HS until towards the end of a match. I find it a lot less annoying than Blaze Dragon's HA fire breath though I don't even remember the last time I played with or against the fucker
