Not anymore. Hasn't been like that for 8 years or so, but you would feed fodder weapons to other fodder weapons because the required skill exp at lower levels was less than the resulting bonus exp per level, up to a certain point.
Like SRs required 10, 20, 30 skill exp for the first few levels, but gave 35 x (current slvl) when used as fodder.
Eventually they just ditched all of that and now you just have a giant stash of skill exp orbs.

Maybe it's intended and not an exploit then.
Right now the way it works in Techcronoss is Get 2* Mascot -> Fuse it to another mascot for 3* -> Feed that mascot until lv50 -> Sell Mascot
Ends up with you having duplicated your yarn at the cost of 2 lowtier mascots.

Do they eventually up the generosity after the launches too? I kind of like the game but so far it feels very painful to get currency, new units or level the ones I currently have.
The fact the game doesn't have a stamina system sort of throws me off too because the only way I have to progress is waiting for them to feed me more progression tickets so I can dump them on the progression stages and level my people.

The rerun towers were absolute cakewalks, I expected some kind of challenge from the new floors but they just get ran over really easily.
Only Scalding Moon provided some kind of challenge but it felt too short and that it really should have had more floors.
Guess I'm stuck waiting for All-out war for a proper challenge then.

Type advantage is more effective than forming a team of level 70 of your favorite units, except for light and moon elements as there are not enough characters at the moment to fully form them. The amount of materials needed for level 70 is too high for the meantime but will balance out in a month or so.

yea and it was awful. you put in one unit and three other people did the same. it would constantly desync if you played manual and had the highest chance of clearing by using auto. if desync occurred you had to restart the game.

Was checking on opinions about Patel and it's funny to see the difference in opinions. One thinks Patel is extremely good and the other one thinks she's "so bad and an easy skip"
For my own opinion, I think she'll be excellent for my purposes given that she buffs, pulls and is Angel while being the cutest thing ever.

Gameplay in TSK is pretty fun but there's no real endgame challenges so there's no real reason to pull for meta in that game, at least not yet. Really wish they'd add a mode that lets you enjoy said gameplay for more than five minutes.
The only way you'd pull for meta there is if you're going for top AOW ranks but you'd have to be a mythological leviathan to get a top 100 against the other Japanese monsters in which case you aren't really stressing over meta and are just rolling everyone to core 3.

The boss has heavy damage reduction unless you build up your rush.
You can play the way the devs wanted and do full lightning for 11 and full water for 12 or say fuck that and build a team around the broken units like Lunea or DFiona while using a random Lightning or Water multihitter to build rush.

I wasn't around for Muvluv launch and honestly don't really have any interest in the muvluv franchise so I skipped the game.
Techcronoss is a new game and the girls are cute so I've been playing it and I guess the other Techcross anons are also giving it a try but personally the game's first month has been very subpar in my opinion. Lots of bugs, stingy with handouts, anemic events so hope it gets better later on.

It was going ok until the 50% hp damage cut came in to play, since I was dealing decent damage. The damage cut that gets reduced by rush was nullified but I was still hitting for 1 on everything. Might go on wikiru later and look what kinda teams people cleared with.

If you have Demon Fiona then you could just do a simple demon team like this.
Xmas Luluca pushes the team up
Shizuru (Or basically anyone that heals) deals with the burn damage from the Groudon looking thing while maybe pushing sometimes if you need it
Then you just add element characters for the floor like any water multihitter or any thunder multihitter. Base Mahamut is especially good for this whole tower because the enemy isn't immune to force move so you can send the enemy to the abyss while you freely set up your loops and rotations.

The ui can randomly just lock up in battle and you can't press any of the buttons so you have to watch your characters die slowly so the game lets you press buttons again

Yeah I just had to ignore thunder for floor 11. Just chucked in a bunch of knockbacks and Fiona eventually pushed the whales shit in. 12 was just piss easy since lolfreeze. Was also nice since I ended up legitimately slotting in Kaori when I figured I'd never use the MGCM girls aside from just wanting to.

Anyone working on an English translation for this game?
I finally got BepInEx 6.0.0-be.754 running (pure version works), but XUnity.AutoTranslator (tried both 5.4.1 and 5.5.1) always crashes right after "Registered mono type ... AutoTranslatorProxyBehaviour".
Is there any full manual English patch in progress or any working config/fix? Thanks bros.
