Nekomimi is literally just cat ears.
Cat girl/nekomusume should include more cat features, but it shares name with the character from GeGeGe who doesn't have any visual cat features in her design besides her face sometimes.
But there doesn't seem to be any specific term for what you're asking for. The catgirl tag in pixiv seems to include from just ears+tail to kemono/furry

Asking in the monster girl thread might give you an answer if nobody here does since having fur only in the limbs is a common design choice there. Chesire Cat for example has the limb fur.
