I like Yuuka. Her outfit and color palette are really easy on the eyes, the parasol gives her an air of composed and carefree elegance coupled with her mysterious demeanor and assured, if not borderline teasing personality.
I like plants, particularly flowers, so her relationship with flora is something i find endearing and relatable. On a side note, i think characters who can rely on their own ridiculous physical strength for combat are very cool when done correctly.
If not her, i'd probably say Kaguya.
