Every barrier adds a delay for an adversary. It also means they have to go through, unlock/cut each lock, and look for the ammo they want. Only thing I’d change is having some ammo for their defensive gun stored outside of this setup.

The 12 gauge lockers and the .308 locker are the only ones that are completely full
I put a label of what's in the individual cabinets in the blue magnetic tater chip clips
I'm gonna try to see what's wrong with my phone before I take any more pics

Unfortunately I'm not that smart, just starting to learn a map and compass sadly. But I do think the lockers are a cool idea, I would be worried about rust/water/air getting in there. Are you doing anything to prevent that? Will whole ammo cans fit in there? It's a lot of lockers and I'm assuming you don't shoot that many different calibers, do you have separate ones for like bullet weight or hp vs fmj or is it all just kinda thrown in there.

A few got lumped in together that I don't have a whole lot of but 5.56, 7.62x39, 9mm all got their own lockers. Then there's a misc locker for stuff I don't even have guns for. Ammo that people have given me, or that I bought because it was stupid cheap.
I have a bunch of desiccant packets strewn about in several lockers. IDK if you remember from several months ago, but the locks were even free xD

i thought it was lame off the first picture but now i think it looks cool. I use an old file cabinet, the heaviest ammo on the bottom followed by rifle, then pistol, then shotgun and accessories on the top. it's heavy as shit.

Lol what a meme. I have a brick of .22s that's been in my wide open shed for well over a decade. I'll grab a few here and there to kill a squirrel or whatnot and I don't think I've ever had a misfire.

I dig it OP.
It's autistic and organized, very practical.
But have you booby trapped any of the compartments with cum?

My state requires ammo be locked up.

My niggie they are thieves, they'll still take the ammo they dont actively "need", because that shit is still valuable. They can then upcharge Jaykwon and sell him the wrong ammo and Jaykown wont notice until he tries to load his gun later.

Can't read the labels, but if you have each locker sorted by calibur and mark it, that seems like a great way to store and sort.
>>64891321
Bit jealous that you got those for free.

Yeah that's exactly what the labels are. I had a bunch of magnetic chip clips I also got for free lol
Yeah I also got some desks and chairs. They had some concrete picnic tables but my tractor is out of commission so I had no way to load them
