3 of these women look like stretched out taffy. come on. i get that you need to exaggerate it, but this is repulsive.

there is a new ribcage surgery; it's much better than a bbl. look into it

Man shit like this will cause all women cis and trans to have dysphoria.
These are like doll proportions. I don't even think a fraction of the female population looks like this at all, at least I've never seen anything like this.

half of these are shopped retard, you might as well AI generate big titty bitches with huge cocks and go "I'll never be a big titty bitch with a huge cock"
Don't compare yourself to something that doesn't exist, compare yourself to the contents of a biology textbook and go from there

fuck
I did hear that Rogers/ this specific surgeon was pushing it tho and might lose his license. Though I forget who I heard that from, likely Eppley's blog

also as you can clearly see, this person is not anorexic they just had their ribs repositioned/shrunk.
Now a trickier aspect is organ size. In a tiny foid the organs will be small but in a large moid they will be large and it probably isn't good to put large organs in a small box like that

suifuel that I'll never be able to afford this

I don't think organs would be that big of an issue other than lungs, women in the past wore 18 inch corsets their whole lives without any problems, sure it probably wasn't super comfortable but that's the price we have to pay.
If you really wanted to you could get a gastric sleeve and liver reduction, your gut is flexible enough to not care.

The organ stuff was the main reasons physicians in the victorian era opposed corseting. In practice it's not super dangerous as the organs just move around/reposition but it still doesn't seem like the best.
Yea, lungs would be the worst part but the idea of organmaxxing and shrinking liver/stomach/intestines is pretty funny lmao

It's actually crazy how much more feminine it makes other features look
