If the United States spent the money it has spent recently and in the next year to suppress Iran at the behest of Israel on destroying transgender ideology instead - firing missiles and bombs at factories that produce estrogen, gender affirming care clinics, doctors houses who perform gender affirming care, sending whole teams of marines in to seize cross sex hormones and destroy the operating rooms of doctors and surgeons who mutilate the vulnerable - we could get rid of all trannies by Christmas.
