MOST importantly, and this is where trans rights and neurodivergent rights really do walk in lock step, is the right to medical care which meets my needs. That just does not exist in so many places in my country, which just cannot stop patting itself on the back for how nice it is to me.

The pharmacuetical prescription for ADHD on the other hand is a schedule 1 narcotic, and can cost thousands of dollars to access legally.
Most neurodivergent people struggle to find a job, and do not have the thousands of dollars to get the diagnosis to get the prescription to get them functional enough to get a job to get the thousands of dollars to get the diagnosis....

Medicine isn't just drugs, there are many therapies that all neurodivergent, including autistic, people can get improved quality of life from.
