sleep more, drink more water, use an eye serum with a retinoid and caffeine. ive also had good results with eye patches if you aren't one of those people who finds the sensation unpleasant. i believe the inkey list have a good caffeine eye serum. i personally use a beauty of joseon one with ginseng (~= caffeine) and retinal. for patches the good ones i've used are from mixsoon but you can find cheap ones anywhere just experiment and see if they help. eyes respond fast so evaluate after around a week and see if its working out. hopefully some of that helps!
