Is there any modern fiction that's just comfortable and feel good that isn't just power level slop for men and also isn't queer feminist LGBT catered?
I'm sick of web novel garbage and want an easy feel good read but when I check out modern recommendations it's all queer cozy garbage and if you ask something not queer they treat you like they killed your dog.

Read some of the classics that are aimed towards younger readers. Heidi or The Secret Garden. I like Howl's Moving Castle too
