You retarded fucking newfags have no right to declare what is or isn't /m/, fuck off. It's called "power armour" for a reason. Mobile suits from Gundam were supposed to be power armours, because Tomino based it off of Starship Troopers, that's how integral power armour is to /m/.
None of these are powered, except arguably Guts' armour, but that is powered by some form of magic as opposed to something vaguely scientific like alien biotech or whatever. Also the armour in DxD looks mechanical, like a design out of Tekkaman Blade.

Guts' Berserk Armor isn't power armor because power armor is supposed to power the user up, typically by some exoskeleton approach.
Guts' armor only penetrates his meat to keep his bones together and apparently gives a painkiller frenzy effect. Technically all the fears are Guts' muscles feats.

Let's entertain the idea that, for some reason, it gets in.
Are we going to have 9/10s of the cast just t-pose in the battleship and butt-in during cutscenes because they don't have a robot? Are we going to have just two playable unit, (vali/issei) maybe three if you want to throw in Azazel as an unlockable? What enemies are they going to fight that everyone else can fight? What bosses would they have? Kokabiel? Saji-Vrita in Kyoto? Fucking Cao Cao and his cuck lance? Not to mention the logistic nightmare that would be working with the setting
Adding DxD is just unpractical, unless they just throw the setting and characters out the window and have Vali and Issei be transported like 30s DLCs.
As i said, DxD is better fit for something like Project x Zone, where they can actually use most of the cast and not have to go through hoops and gymnastics to add it in.
