Surgery went well, aside from some post anasthesia-nausea that I'm waiting out. Would rather not be violently ill while doing the shrine tour video, so I am going to delay it a bit. So far it has only been released in China/japan, I bought a AJ deck just to look at some of the card arts, liked it so far so i decided to buy one of each deck in chinese, should arrive by next week (for the 6 decks it was like 64 euros). English release is planned to be in April in the US if i'm not mistaken. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KJ_qFZQ874 9:20 minute mark for MLP related stuff. On other video this guy also stated that it seems to be a bit of a print on demand-ish regarding the available stock in the US, and he also thinks it's going to be under ordered cause most people will look at MLP tcg and laugh it off. Each themed box has a themed deck of 70 cards matching the pony in the box, a playmat with rules/instruction I can't read chinese though, and 3 booster packs containing 5 cards each. Seems like you always get a Scene card, the ones to the right, i got Dash's cloudsdale house, Caroussel Boutique and Sugarcube Corner, there also seems to always be a SR card in each pack got 2 raritys and 1 RD. Not sure if these theme boxes will be in the US or if it's just booster boxes/loose packs.

Thanks for linking the series, this is very interesting. I'm trying to figure out why it feels weird (good and bad) to watch, maybe it's because I'm not sure who's the target audience? There's a ton of 4chan references, it kinda introduces the old web again sometimes, but it's not like something made for total newfags. More like people who are already in the know, who concern themselves about the topics those videos are about. That can be good and bad.
Suddenly, I see myself in this Cybermare character. The pessimism, the doubts, the sad contrast to whenever Manon is enthusiastic about something. But it's not like Cybermare's concerns are "depressing in bad faith", more like "bitter in good faith", the way they're phrased. Like that YT shill thing, or Wikipedia, or politics intertwined in modern web. It feels more genuine, like it's not done for laughs. This occupies my mind in some way difficult to define.

The easiest way to snuggle with a plush is to have a blanket between your skin and hers. Your oils will build up and stain her and when you try to clean her it'll damage the fabric making her less soft.

If your plush gets gross you can give her a wash with dawn dish soap. I had great results bathing a Build a Bear Rainbow Dash from my local Goodwill that had definitely seen better days. If you don't like the smell of dawn dish soap, baby shampoo works well as a gentle detergent and you can get that in many different scents to suit your mare of choice. If your plush is custom-made, you should ask the plushmancer if there are special maintenance/care guidelines regarding your plush, ESPECIALLY if there is faux fur in the mane/tail, or if there are lace/silk/other delicate accessories that cannot be removed for washy time. General plush upkeep prevents you from getting to that point. I always give my plushies a good dousing of snowpity spray after cons, after I get sick, or if it's just been a while... not just for the scent but because the diluted isopropyl alcohol will kill bacteria on your plush and break down oils.

this picture is quite a lot older, around 2022 i think when i first compleated rebecca, my main oc annettes twin sister. shes the one with the glasses on the right, and annette is the one on the left with the spiked choker. this was also after my first 'rework' of annette. i recently compleated another rework on her last week, which included new stuffing, new mane and tail, and some new options that the new pattern have that didnt exist when i made her, like the thigh ellipse

Yes, every night. Plushies are made for cuddles and I won't hear anything otherwise. It's top comfy and I hope (You) all get to experience it too.

Dash lays on her side with her topside front and hind leg draped over my body and her muzzle (with added snowpity spray) tucked under my chin. We also sleep under a weighted blanket to enhance the feel of her two legs draped over the top of my body and also to minimise tossing and turning around in the night.

I choose not to use the blanket method, feels too much like a barrier between us. I instead shower before bed, wear top and bottom PJs and just accept that I need to clean her a little more often. A light spray of antibacterial fabric freshener, occasional folex spot cleaning and frequent brushings keep her in top shape.

For smaller plushies, I've had good results using machine wash with the least aggressive settings and detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Works even for faux fur, just make sure to use a laundry mesh bag as you do to prevent hairs getting caught and pulled out in the machine and that it doesn't feel any heat above room temperature.

Another tip for those with faux fur manes and tails - you can rejuvenate softness by giving them a light spray down with hair conditioner diluted ~10% in water in a spray bottle. Leave for ~10 mins, blow dry (no heat!) and brush for a beautiful flow of fur!

I know this is gonna sound a little crazy BUT
She actually smells really good, clean and soapy as smelly as she may looks
She's clean as possible, washed her everywhere, to the point the cardboard in her wings are just dissolved, she is just stained from YEARS of cuddling, crying, blood and chewing before I upgraded to a lat down style Fluttershy as my daily driver
I use to chew that Fluttershy so bad her ears were constantly in my mouth I know most people don't chew their mares, I know I shouldn't, I switched to like chewy candy since.
I'll post close up pics of her when I get home, loved .ares deserve shelf space too!
