Looking to retire in the next year or so and just make mlp stuff for the community as a hobby/small seller. What kind of stuff do you think there isn't a good amount of that needs to be made? I have a printer, heat press and a cricut maker 4. Interested in learning to make small plushies but I don't have experience in that yet so maybe in a couple years.

thanks for sharing, great work and I plan on watching your videos more in depth sometime, I've always had trouble sculpting in blender, mesh topology just seems to go off the rails when I try, seems like you apply remesh multiple times maybe in the few minutes I watched

Here's a (failed) mold being put together, I don't have any pics of the one I'm using being assembled
But you're right, 3D print a master, add sprue (pour spout) and vent positives, then pour silicone around that, cut it out and you've got a 1 part mold.
The reason this one failed is because bubbles got caught in the hooves, you can see I added extra vents there on the untrimmed ones >>43069472

I have not, I just haven't since I'm still trying to think of what the best way to model her would be. I 've seen a GMod addon that added in a numget model that seemed to work all right though, I'm sure I could use that as some inspiration. That also means I'd need to revamp Lyra since her model is old and smelly.
In regards to how many ponies are in, even I've lost track of how many I've properly added, but I think we're around 400 - maybe more? Always willing to take suggestions for new pones to add as it must grow.
