Literally none of them work because you can only have friendship if both parties agree to it. Which doesn't seem to happen nowadays. In FiM it's always just one character being a douche while the others are already trying to be friends with that character. That's not helpful to kids who are in the latter position. And unfortunately none of them are in the former. Sure most of them are douches, but they're not generally surrounded by people who want to be friends to begin with. However if they were then the answer is probably one of the Discord episodes.

If anything MLP ruined my social life since middle school. This has nothing to do with friendship directly, but the show was incredibly helpfull for me learning English. In school I didn't care much about it and had awful teachers for most years. I had massively fallen behind and only barely managed to hold on to passing grades. The show finally gave me a reason to care about learning English. There are so many things in my life that happened as a result of that, that my life would probably be drastically different if I hadn't gotten into the show.
