Maybe, but if music is no longer "fun" or in any way significantly emotionally impactful to you, then you don't miss fun music- you miss simpler times. Genres aren't "fun" or "not fun". MUSIC is. Your enjoyment of it is contingent on your mindset. I recently gave a GY!BE album another listen and it sent me into a depression spiral, because I wasn't well. Listened to it *again* just last week- just fine. You need to be not fucked up in the head to enjoy things. Shocking, I know.
