I'm in a great (post-?)hardcore band. Unironically, we have really unique songs, energy and vibes but we may never gain even local notoriety because we are social spergs and our vocals aren't in English. Plus, as pretentious as it sounds, I don't think anyone will really 'get' it. But whatever, we'll keep going until we run out of ideas or we're forced to quit due to circumstances.

I was in a shitty punk band for a short while in high school. Currently, there's only one guy I know that can play an instrument, but he's already playing as frontman with his post-hardcore band and has been too busy since he got married. Sometimes I check out the "local scene" and it's all abysmal slop, I'd rather stay away from that.
I've been considering starting an electronic solo project, but I can't afford good production equipment.

I don't play instruments at a competent level, I've never went to a concert, I don't listen to any local music, and the most I've ever done to create is fiddle with software and improvise on cheap shit like ukuleles, recorders, casio keyboards, etc.
