What type of bike or vehicle is this? What are other similar types of vehicles around the world are there, please name them if you know the names.

It's a cargo bike. Add one more to the list of "things that are the epitome of cool if you're very rich and wildly unacceptable if you're very broke", along with wearing clothes that are out of fashion, crossing international borders, and not having a job.

no it's the most /o/ country. it's absolutely packed with classic cars maintained reasonably well as a result of embargoes precluding getting new parts then and general poverty precluding getting new parts now, but cheap oil from the russians and later chinese keeping gas cheap while not really being driven to pursue environments any more walkable than they already were or any alternative fuels because it's not rich in fuel itself

Cuba has always rationed fuel heavily. They have so little now that flights have been cancelled because there is no hope of refueling for return flights. You're some idiot that believes what they've heard about Cuba from Michael Moore.

yeah that makes sense

then the wall fell and they stopped getting cheap gas but gas was fucking free anyway thanks to the oil sheiks but then that stopped happening and now cuba is fucked. and no one is buying new cars because gas expensive and cars not even being imported and what few people have/had cars have what were once clapped out shitboxes but now have delicious 70s charm but also fairly well maintained out of necessity more than anything
