Marco Rubio assures European allies of transatlantic loyalty at Munich Security Conference: ‘We are part of one civilization – Western civilization'
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio reassured European allies at a national security conference in Munich, Germany, that the U.S. cares “deeply” about the transatlantic alliance, emphasizing shared Western values.
The 62nd Annual Munich Security Conference coincided with the Valentine’s Day holiday on Saturday, where Rubio delivered remarks for about half an hour.
Rubio declared at the conference that the United States’ “destiny is and always will be intertwined” with Europe’s, because “the fate of Europe will never be irrelevant to our own.”
He argued that the conference’s titular subject of discussion, national security, is not merely technical in nature or a series of questions and answers.
“The fundamental question we must answer at the outset is what exactly are we defending?” said Rubio. “Because armies do not fight for abstractions. Armies fight for a people; armies fight for a nation. Armies fight for a way of life. And that is what we are defending: a great civilization that has every reason to be proud of its history, confident of its future, and aims to always be the master of its own economic and political destiny.”
“We want allies who can defend themselves so that no adversary will ever be tempted to test our collective strength. This is why we do not want our allies to be shackled by guilt and shame. We want allies who are proud of their culture and of their heritage, who understand that we are heirs to the same great and noble civilization, and who together with us are willing and able to defend it.”

No it's coming from Trump, and from all True Americans. American civilization will always be Western Civilization, and as long as we are in charge of the world, Western Civilization will always follow American Civilization.

Yes America supports the Western world order, and leads it. That's the entire point of this speech. "Get in line, we are taking our shared values to the Top"
Don't like it? We will kidnap your president or bankrupt your key industries or let Putin or China invade you.
Choose America. (As if you had a choice, if you say no someone else will always say yes and we can replace anyone we want to one way or another)
