U.S. President Donald Trump's administration has threatened to retaliate against European countries if the EU favors domestic weapons-makers in a drive to rearm the continent.
The U.S. Department of Defense objected to any EU effort to limit American arms-manufacturers' access to the European market and warned that would trigger a reciprocal response.

Sorry America. You do make good stuff, but there is no garantee that your current flipflopping CEO won't slap a tariff on anything you want to sell us, or side with agressors (China, Russia, Israel) and try to stop supply completely. Making our stuff in house is more reliable than buying from a fickle supplier who is our friend and ally one day and is then threatening to invade one of us next. Sort yourself out, stop being two faced cunts to everyone you deal with and we might start buying from you again.

Which used to have a contract with Dell - HQ'd in Texas - to supply the US Government - including the Department of Defense - with laptops. US Armed Forces - especially in the field - used Dell D630s as they're tough & reliable. I should know, as I have a D630 among the several Dell laptops I have, and it's never gone wrong. Since then, US Govt & DoD have used Hewlett-Packard laptops.
Recent photos in the Situation Room in the White House show Trump with a laptop. Question: was it a Dell or Hewlett-Packard One? No. One made by Lenovo.

That Dell D630 I have originally came with a HD with a sticker on it saying 'Property of US Department of Defense'. It was erased, of course, and of course old stuff used by the US military becomes available for sale to the public, usually very cheaply, to make way for newer stuff.
Nice and new are those Lenovos in the White House, Trumpy. Made in China, of course. Along with those Trump watches. And that Trump phone.
