Four doors short bed is the most practical config for most people. I have the canyon in the same config. It fits my three little sons in the back and the bed is big enough for a yard of gravel from the contractor landscaping place which is the most gravel the suspension can handle anyway.

I like the Frontier. The only thing bad about it I can find are early alternator failures, possibly due to its location at the bottom front of the engine allowing more water and dirt exposure. Someone also reported a transmission failure at 58k but this dumbass was driving through water above the wheels.

I literally went to the Ford dealer weekly and saw them parked right next to the f150s. Every inconvenience of driving an f150 applies to the ranger as well. Cant go in many underground parking lots, parking in general is shit, bed height is too high (inb4 manlet) still shit on gas.
