Four doors short bed is the most practical config for most people. I have the canyon in the same config. It fits my three little sons in the back and the bed is big enough for a yard of gravel from the contractor landscaping place which is the most gravel the suspension can handle anyway.

I dunno how much a yard of gravel weighs but damn she squats. I would rather go back for a second load. It's just a mid size man, it can do the job for the family man in suburbia but don't go overboard. A longer bed won't make it a superduty.

you're hauling shit and you don't even know what it weighs, that's straight up retarded my man. i'll only haul a half ton of 3/4 crushed stone at a time in my silverado and that's already over its rated capacity.

they don't make much sense for the NA market but they're very popular in other countries because they avoid tariffs. One of my coworkers has a house in the Philippines and he says that an F-150 there would be 3-4x the cost by comparison as the Ranger is make in Thailand I guess whereas the F-150 would have to be imported from the US.

Do you actually ever look up what recalls are when you parrot this shit? Like oh wow so many recalls, I bet it's really bad. Let's see, we got
>trailer lighting issue: OTA update
>loss of power brake assist: 679 effected units across 5 models
>inadequate "Windshield Mounting." 9 effected units across 2 models
>passenger airbag failure 405 effected units
>separate braking issue: OTA update
>instrument panel: 45 effected units
>loose bolts on drivers seat: 46 effected units
>loose control arm: 4497 effected units across 2 models
>incorrect load carrying capacity: they mail you a new sticker to stick over the old one in the door jamb
>fuel pump failure: 9 effected units
>loose fuel line bracket: 65 effected units
It's a lot of recalls but the majority of them only apply to a very very small number of trucks. A lot of them are just software updates. One of them is literally just a sticker with the wrong number on it.. What other manufacturer is out there issuing a full blown NHTSA recall for 9 cars?

I like the Frontier. The only thing bad about it I can find are early alternator failures, possibly due to its location at the bottom front of the engine allowing more water and dirt exposure. Someone also reported a transmission failure at 58k but this dumbass was driving through water above the wheels.

Convenient that you picked specifically the 2021 Tacoma. Real lucky you didn't pick 2020 which had 1525742 recalled Toyota models with bad fuel pumps, or 2019 which had 44121 bad brake master cylinders, or 2022 which had 381199 rear axle separations.
At least they had that one good year.

pls no
I don't want bigger midsizes.
I also don't want more crossovers either.
>>28861496
Yes, but you might be the lucky unfucker to discover the problem before it's a recall and the dealer insists it's your dime to fix it.

I literally went to the Ford dealer weekly and saw them parked right next to the f150s. Every inconvenience of driving an f150 applies to the ranger as well. Cant go in many underground parking lots, parking in general is shit, bed height is too high (inb4 manlet) still shit on gas. They dont make sense to buy and the sales reflect that because they sell like shit. There's no point.

Idk why I bother arguing when you're just going to make things up. The ranger objectively sells like shit. This is a known fact. Because its a pointless vehicle. All of the downsides of a full size truck with like half the benifits.

Lol.
What the fuck are you talking about.
2025 Ranger is 74.4"
2025 Range Rover is 74"
2025 Escalade is 76.7"
2025 Tacoma is 74.4"
2025 Frontier is 72.9"
2025 Coloarado is 79.9" (shortest)
Youre a fucking retard thats just pulling random bullshit out of your ass.
