Now watch all the Democrat Libtards do a complete 180 on their "fascism is bad!" rhetoric and start proclaiming that "fascism is good when we do it!".
Anyway, how is this going to work or even be enforceable for anything other than proprietary OSes like Apple and Windoze? How could you possibly force this on Linux when there's more distros of it than there are users. And since Linux is Open Source you could just remove this Big Brother shit if you're savvy enough, so how could they enforce it? How could they enforce this on TempleOS or ancient OSes (which admittedly not many people use, but still) like DOS or Commodore64 or whatever?
But seriously this needs to be stopped at all cost. And btw I don't even like Trump anymore, but don't kid yourself and think even for a moment that when Democrats take power that they're going to suddenly reverse all the authoritarian shit. No, they'll double down on it even further and with additional measures, such as this here.

put it in hardware and set a fuse when age is first entered. this isnjust google lobby wanting a say to advertise more effectively to you. there will be no way to bypass the provision.
you will have to show ID to use a computer, but it is against the law in CA to show ID to vote.

Is this a law that is actually on the books and enforceable? Or just proposed?
We've seen this shit before on this board. Not falling for it.

Every OS will then have a disclaimer that says not intended for use in California, much cheaper than maintaining compliance for not well thought out obligation that won't do anything and is unenforcable.

> The government of California is implementing a law that requires operating system providers to implement some form of age verification into their account setup procedures.
> Assembly Bill No. 1043 was approved by California governor Gavin Newsom in October of last year, and becomes active on January 1, 2027 (via The Lunduke Journal). The bill states, among other factors, that "An operating system provider shall do all of the following:"
> "(1) Provide an accessible interface at account setup that requires an account holder to indicate the birth date, age, or both, of the user of that device for the purpose of providing a signal regarding the user’s age bracket to applications available in a covered application store.
>>
>>529638403
There's so many questions too like:
>who does the age verification?
>what if the user doesn't live in the US?
>how are maintainers expected to serve this "fascist" version of Linux and then a real open-source version to the rest of the world
>what happens to maintainers who don't obey California's fascist laws?
Realistically all of this ID stuff is to destroy anonymity and make it so the ADL/AIPAC/JIDF/Israel can find and ruin anyone who criticizes or makes jokes about jews online

Whether amendments will materialize before January 2027 remains to be seen.

theyre going to force you to use the microslop tracking services and prevent you from sideloading apps or rolling back the invasive update.
all the OS providers want to track you personally. they lobbied for the law, and it will go national once CA forces compliance.

Its indicative of the supreme ignorance that drives the liberal. Reality is not something they consider. Every action. Every convlusion. Every decision. All based on whatever they feel is right. And that generall means whatever lets them win. Reality to a liberal is a disgusting thing that should be replaced with their ideals and acknowledging it or working within its bounds is seen as compromising with evil or negotiating woth terrorists.
You cannot possibly hate liberals enough. You cannot even begin to understand how twisted the liberal worldview truly is because youre a normal human who lives in the real world.
Obviously they want to police all forms of communication because censorship is the only way liberal propaganda can spread without being instantly shut down when someone recognizes that it doesnt mesh with reality.

It doesn't mandate any ID checking, though it does incrementally move things in that direction.
In it's current form, it's not enforceable at all for the end user, and ultimately very few Linux distro developers are in California, anyway.
Android is locking down regardless, so it's a good time to look into alternatives.

It's like a magapedo shows up and now everyone says uh oh there is a pedo here and millions of your former voters are now voting against you guys since you're the pedo party for Israel now. >including Linux
I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're refering to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I've recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.
Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called Linux, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project.
There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine's resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called Linux distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux!

Open source is just tranny faggotry.
Linux is a decent server OS, but the only people who actually use it for their regular daily use desktop are unemployed degenerate discord trannies and fat, adult virgin computer nerds who actually enjoy constantly fucking around with their settings and "ricing" their desktops just so they can post screenshots on reddit to try to flex on other fat adult virgin computer nerds.
Most people don't even need an actual desktop OS and could be using a potato tier chromebook because everything they do is in muh cloud anyway.
Everyone who actually needs a desktop OS to do productive work either uses Windows or MacOS because the industry standard applications that are actually used in their field to do productive work are proprietary paid applications that are Windows or MacOS only. No, that free FOSS "alternative" is not remotely close to being compatible or just as good.
ALL Linux distros other than RHEL and Oracle Linux should be completely banned worldwide. Just say they facilitate the production and distribution of CP to get the normies on board with it.

You Zoomers are just pathetic, lazy retards. No one taught older generations how to use or build computers, we just figured it out on our own by trial and error or doing basic research and just figuring shit out.
Zoomers are just too spoiled and infantilized and lazy and retarded and neurotic to even attempt just figuring out something on their own, they don't even try, they just immediately start whining about how it's impossible because no one showed them how.
NO ONE has any sympathy for you lazy faggots because we've all figured out that whenever one of you retards starts saying "I need someone to show me how to do it" or "I need more training" or anything like that, what you really mean is that you want someone else to do it for you, while you just continue to mindlessly consoom more brainrot on your phone.

It was assumed that those with access to the internet can find a Bible if they are so inclined, as being here pretty much means they are getting around any government imposed firewalls.
>What about repenting of sins?
It seemed to be implied. If not, I apologize.
>What about keeping the commandments?
Believers do not keep them out of legal necessity, but out of a desire to please the Lord. We still fail to do so fully, hence the need for believers to repent, which is beyond the scope of the meme.
>what about keeping the sabbath and not eating pork?
Jesus IS our rest. Failing to rest in Him is a violation of that commandment. As to keeping the day, it is a best practice.
>what about salvation no longer offered to vaxxed/marked by the c19 beastmark?
Though I agree that they CLEARLY took it in violation of faith, it appears to be a late stage beta test, as they were not required to swear fealty to anyone...yet. It does not bode well for their future, though.
Thank you for presenting your questions in a civil manner :)

I can record video games in full size, smooth 60fps using the cracked version of Fraps. I have seperate disk to store 80GB .avi files for leisure. Which will be converted with HandBrake to .mp4 format with way less bandwidth.
All this while getting 4:3 native support for all video games since the very late 90's.

Of all of the gay age verification shit, this is the least invasive. It's just mandating that if you tell the OS you are a child, it signals that it's a child. If you say you're an adult, you're an adult.

Maybe, or maybe it's an effective limited hangout to cripple the really privacy invading "solutions" that scumbags like the ADL would prefer.
Right now, they can frame it as protecting the children, and normies will gobble that down. But if you create a system where parents can easily flag their childa account at the OS level, as a child account, and suddenly it's no longer end users who need to identify themselves. It's solely on the provider to see that computer broadcasting "I am a child account", and act accordingly.
There's no ID verified, or even name associated with it. It's the ideal setup, and offloads all responsibility for child safety onto parents where it fucking belongs.
Jeets and their kike masters don't like it, because it cripples their reason to call for all of the privacy destroying garbage. Hence the memeflaggot howling and screeching uncontrollably.
>>
>>
>>529670599
In a perfect world, that's how this would be handled. But like it or not, normies are going to demand some sort of "save the chillins" legislation to keep discord troons from trying to trans their kids.
So you get to choose, do you opt for the equivalent of "I am an adult", just like every single website right now. Or do you want the inevitable ID verification bullshit?
As an aside, this proposed system is actually less invasive than most websites you probably already have an account for. Did you provide a DOB to a website? Did you click "I am an adult"? Because that's all this proposed law does.
>>
>>529662970
And? What I stated still applies. Even more so. This is absolute beginner-level stuff. Christians do not follow and have never followed Mosaic law. The concept of unclean foods specifically is explicitly rejected in the New Testament, but it also applies to other Old Testament ritual and ceremonial laws whether social, purity, offerings etc. Only the moral laws apply. The others applied to pre-Messiah Israelites, and today Jews still follow them since they reject the Messiah. The law in the wide sense was fulfilled in Christ. This was already dealt with in the first generation of Christians so observance of Mosaic law has never been part of the faith.
