Neat, I'm actually a dermatologist IRL.
That looks like topical fluorouracil or "5-FU".
Basically if you have someone who has actinic keratoses or pre-cancerous sun spots, you put it on them.
Given Mr Trump's golf lifestyle that's probably what it is.
That stuff causes some nasty rash/redness like that.
Trump is fine.
