it's a video of a blonde girl in a bathroom with rosy red flushing cheeks and you can clearly see her face in the video taking it from behind i think there's even a facial in the video used to up in this link but was deleted

Just an image search using the link to the image you posted (https://i.4cdn.org/r/1772263069367434.jpg" target="_blank">https://i.4cdn.org/r/1772263069367434.jpg). Tried some other sites but those just pointed to the deleted video.

Google, duckduckgo (but just with the title, not image), Bing, the usual suspects, but got little or nothing. Then TinEye gave hits but links didn't result in video, then duplichecker but it was paywalled. Search for "image search" and you'll find a bunch of sites, some paywalled some free.
