i used novelai 4.5

process:
crop 1024x1024 piece of the image in photoshop
paste it into the generator
mask the area i want edited
modify the prompt - i added oda non artist tag
generate until satisfied
copy+paste into the original image

the reason for cropping is because if you're subscribed 1024x1024 generations are free and sometimes smaller resolution can work better on focused edits like this

you don't need to repeat my process, often you can just copy+paste big image and select a specific area for editing. it's not exactly difficult but expect to spend a little bit time with it to get used to it

it also has various tools like picrel, I don't use them often but they might be useful for edits
not sure but 30 first images are free for fresh accounts without sub

the model is pretty intelligent by default, so it will try it's best to preserve correct anatomy
i did not write anything specific to move the arm away, rather i masked her entire arm with a bit of extra room and prompted pussy, uncensored, etc. the model automatically moved her arm out of the way, or rather it simply redrew her body without the arm as nothing in the prompt suggested it there

here's the prompt i used for that edit with the arm moved

this model was trained using tags off danbooru or gelbooru, so you can prompt the images using those tags, however the 4.5 model can additionally understand natural language, so you might get away with writing something like

as for real life pics, no i have not used it for that, but i don't think it'll be good for real life editing as they made it near impossible to generate a real image to avoid people generating realistic kids. they don't care about 2D loli/shota though. the purpose of this model is generating and editing 2D only
