both are helpful, but from the research ive seen taking green tea while doing ket seems to be the most beneficial, something about neutralizing free radicals. ketamine bladder is also really hard to develop unless you are doing it insanely frequently, this is just a harm reduction method im doing to play it safe

Wellbutrin 300mg, that is doing jackshit, and I added Amisulpride 50mg a couple of days ago and it is actually working and fast too, like after a couple hours. Ofc the good drugs will have sides, this shit will give you high prolacting and give you bitch tits, which I already have though, and needs to be cycled to reset receptors. It is giving me more energy and reducing my rumination

pregabalin is really chill and lasts for a good long while but even tho I wouldn't call it cripplingly addictive for me, it does make me feel really uncomfortable the day after the "afterglow" it causes, it gets better after that but it's basically trading a chill day and half for a really shitty day.
