I think depression is the biggest psyop of modern life. Everyone tries to overcomplicate it but its very simple. Depression exists because we suddenly realize at some point that we live empty lives with no emotional or social connections. Thats it. The people who say they are depressed yet have a bunch of friends and family are mentally ill in a different way and should be labeled as something else

you are depressed because you are forced to live like judeo cattle instead of human beings

If your depression is caused by anything other than brain imbalances then you can lift your way out of it. Exercise elevates you out of the depressed state.

Depression is just a symptom that is present in some disorder. The depression diagnosis is fake.

>brain imbalances
Which is now getting so btfo by recent research. It's being proven false over and over again for depression and very much so for anxiety. It was a theory put out in the 1980's and 90's that Big Pharma unironically latched onto to make their shitty medications that almost no one benefits on. They funded more studies to support the "theory" when analyzed were absolute shitty in research design. If they do benefit, it's almost always placebo effect since every study being done now shows a insignificant statistical different between people getting the SSRI or whatever chemical imbalance medication they're studying.

The worst thing is that medical professionals still don't know about the recent research that has been done for about a decade now. They still hold onto the chemical "imbalance" theory.

There is people with genuine imbalances but i think these companies seized the opportunity to over diagnose and over prescribe.
Example: Someone who has suffered depression for a long time will have the imbalances because of the trajectory of their brain development, this is different from somebody who has the imbalances "built in" so to speak.
I think this is true of most conditions nowadays that are profitable to exploit.

They have "imbalances" due to another issue that is a contributing factor such as a TBI or a traumatic event. Depression (and anxiety) are meme diagnoses and are almost always a result of life circumstance (which is an adjustment disorder) or a symptom of another disorder.

When I also mention imbalances, I'm referring to depression and anxiety. THere are legit neurochemical issues when it comes to certain disorders such as schizophrenia and the executive functioning issues that come with ADHD.

what's the difference if it has a different name?

Even if we entertain the idea that the brain imbalances are real, the fix is to change one's lifestyle in some way.
There is no person who is physically, socially and spiritually whole who is also depressed.

The majority of people's psychological problems are summed up in two groups
>"I'm lonely and my needs are unfulfilled"
or
>"I'm not ok with myself from trauma/abuse/neglect and I make it everybody else's problem"
"Depression" is just being chronically "sad" from one of those two categories. Calling depression and anxiety a disorder or condition was retarded. Everybody gets sad or anxious sometimes and there's always a reason behind it some people just suck at self-awareness and reverse engineering the reason and trauma behind it. Especially the people not ok with themselves they never ask "why do I feel this badly about myself?" when it's irrational for an animal to hate itself. Most ordinary people's lives suck and their basic human needs go unfulfilled so ofcourse they're depressed it doesn't matter if you have near unlimited access to food, trains/planes/automobiles transportation and air conditioned housing if you have nobody to get a hug from and nobody to get pro-social brain hormones your going to be miserable. That's what people get wrong, material progress and opulence will never fix the monkey brain missing connection wuth other monke.

Nope, it's because you eat grains. Literally impossible to be depressed from an unmedicated state without grain influence. Just stop eating soi, wheat, rice, and corn for once in your life.

Don't try to argue against me using your AI sources, my knowledge is the pinnacle of medical science over the course of hundreds of years. I don't give a fuck about whatever you learned from Dr. Goldstein
