do you guys enjoy dancing (either on your own, with someone, or in a group)? i was always a fan of group dances at weddings, like the cupid shuffle, macarena, and others. one of my favorites is the hustle, which is actually quite easy! you can learn it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7TsRdkrxl4g i think it would be quite nice to have all of us dancing on a saturday night!

step 3: profit (mentally)
unironically though dancing is peak “turn brain off” activity. you can’t spiral if you’re busy attempting the macarena wrong in your room at 2am.
