This is a world where the female kind has the phallus. They ejaculate the ovules inside the male uterus and the testicles inside fertilices them. Males bare children, they develop mammary glands, but their bodies are muscular like the ones of our world because they evolved to protect the product.
How does the world has changed with this differences, from the first homos to the present days?

Nah, Grok would have tried to make it look "sexy". I have started to collect evidence here. Bloody joker.

Good question. Maybe an attempt to prove that you could even convincingly simulate a hellhole as this site here nowadays.

This is NOT a sexual topic, it’s a genuine question about biology and its impact in society constructing.
I'm aware 4chan isn’t the most serious place in the internet, but I planted this question expecting people to show interest in this matter and solve this affair using their knowledge.

HEY, did you know flatworms, certain species at least, have both ovaries and dual-headed stylets? They engage in something called penis fencing. A mating pair duels, with the victor impregnating the loser. This can range from "first touch," where the winner simply ejaculates on the loser's skin where it is then absorbed, to "first blood," where the winner physically pierces the loser's epidermis and cums inside. Some species even have a gentleman's agreement, where the two agree to a draw.
Also, seahorses.
Just thought I'd share.

Then the males would be the females and vice versa? Seems useless.
I still think internal reproduction is gross and probably the biggest mistake God ever made.
Reproduction in general, really. But its ok because it might be the end of the need for the material world soon enough.
