Big things are made of smaller things but when small things are structured in certain patterns then they become a breeding ground for new patterns and so on. Like those russian nesting dolls. Stable patterns end up happening because they are stable meaning when they eventually do happen, they stick around but change still occurs because no form of stability so far has been perfect because things compete for a chance to expend energy. So stability is not just something that can stick around but something that can both stay the same externally and change internally. So basically you get a system like this where once force sets the stage for another force and then that one allows for another to pop up within that system until you eventually get to self aware systems like us. A simple way of looking at it is like a hierarchy of stability with Semi Stable Structures, Stable Structures, and Hyper Stable Structures where the longer a pattern has been around the more stable it is.

You can model most things in existence with springs but there reaches a critical point where you get unfathomably small and everything we know stops making sense. Einstein was as spooked by quantum entanglement as we are today.

All available systems of modeling an entire universe (big bang, quantum foam, string theory, ZFC, other set theory, chaos, game theory, whatever) are built on a system of numeration that, at its origin level, is built on the contradictory logic -0=0.

This core contradiction results in a deductive explosion via the law of explosion that yields infinite truths within the numeration process that allow infinite patterns, infinite forms, and infinite potential physics models via infinite symbolic numerical representations (the simplest of which being binary, 0 and 1), so when you are using numbers you are basically just playing memory games with shapes, not necessarily accurately modeling reality.
