Well it ultimately depends on what's in the contract. There might be stipulations like that which could offer an "out" for JHR, but it's impossible for any of us to know. My guess is that they would have to cough up a ton of money to the Robb family to replace him unless there's some kind of legit "cause". And JHR doesn't have that money, so Conor would need to bring it, and that probably ain't happening.
