tf is this sport so fucking boring? it used to be exciting. now it's just meh because all the fighters are using meta tactics so they don't get hit.

Every sport becomes meta tactics eventually. Football used to be beautiful when I was a kid, but then it became the current sterilized thing that it currently is. It's efficient, but boring to watch.

i assume you mean soccer. i watch quite a bit of youtubers from the UK and they say that most of the people WITH TICKETS spend most of the game 'in the pub' watching the game on tv. not sure if it's true but i believe them. soccer/football is just as boring as the ufc.
