I hate to be the bearer of bad news but rule34.xxx banning loli is one an image per image basis not just tags. One post of these characters can be banned from the site while another stays up because the artist didn't make them look petite enough to get banned I guess.

But that TOR archive I can't exactly put in ID 1 and get something that would be ID 1 on E621, it seems to have IDs behave differently.
