Basically had the idea for a shadow demon overtaking a dwarven stronghold when it found its where there from underground, devouring the shadows/souls of its inhabitants and forcing them to bind their own souls/shadows to suits of armor that the shadow demon can command like puppets on strings that are known as the Shadowforged.

Honestly I’m not too happy with the choice in outfit and some aesthetics i rolled with, it’s just a blank one piece dress. i feel like there’s nothing that breaks up the character’s silhouette/not much going on visually and it makes her look rather boring+not very emblematic of anything. I’m not really a character designer, like i tried to throw some fur or a shawl over the shoulders and i kinda fucked my angles up.

Anyway, a different outfit design either something with other shapes/colors than just a flat skin tight black, the same design in a another style, or just a total l rework using the general vibe, honestly “anything that’s not this” sums it up as terrible as it is.

Anything better than a ref i whipped up because I didn’t really have one so i’d be happier with someone else’s work so I’m not seeing my own flaws:

The face feels too masculine and I can’t really nail the eyebrows, I’m not entirely sure if the buzzcut works because hair adds so much to a design and it’s not like there’s an outfit to draw that attention. Also i feel like more could be done with piercing designs or the general motif of jewelry, something I didn’t touch.

Idk something really big feels missing from the design in general so i figured I’d ask someone to play around a bit and give their own interpretation of the pretty loose prompt that is: sort of short haired intimidating looking jedi woman

Wife was killed by the warlord's soldiers, and his son was kidnapped. Yada, yada, yada, more stuff that you may not care about, but there are reasons why he has the robotic limbs.

A) shows an example of the burns on his body.
B) he wears a "blind mask," which covers his face and looks like he can't see through it, but there are thin slits he can see through.
C) his clothing style
D) How I'd like him to be shown wearing his clothes, to show off his prosthetics.
F & G) depending on how you want to draw it, his arm is either secured by wrap around lether straps, or, like Edward Elric, there are mounting plates attached to his shoulder that the arm is attached to.

Getting kind of wordy here, and I'm probably going to have someone comment on that, but I don't know how to cut the fat. Feel free to ask me anything if you want any additional clarification on the design.

Can I get my half-elf gold dragon sorcerer doing something cool? Like bamfing out her wings or something? Her name is Valwë. She's young by half elf standards being in her mid twenties and the DM is hinting that her lifespan is gonna be longer than most other half elves cos of her dragon blood. She has a bit of trouble with impulse control (low wis) and loves cheesy romance books. She also has some anger issues, especially in a fight she can be a bit brutal. She once used Alter Self to change her arm into a scaled dragon's arm and claws and broke a bandit's neck with a backhanded bitch slap.
