>SOCIAL activity
On what basis?
What other people who just "follow the leader" say?
This activity is about having fun, and if it isn't fun with other people, then there's nothing wrong with playing alone.
Often times, a solo game is the only way to get a game, when the alternative is just people who only want to do improv theater or collaborative storytelling.

What are your recommendations for a super hero rpg that is good for a first delve into solo play? I'd like a game that lets me make some not so serious powers while still being usefull.
The only game I have experience with is Das Schwarze Auge/The Black Eye, so something less simulationist would be appreciated.

There's a bunch of Supers RPGs on the lighter end. Prowlers & Paragons is a great standalone choice, but there's certainly others.
If you want something a bit crunchier, there's Mutants & Masterminds, or SWADE with the Super Powers Companion. Alternatively, there's Masks, which is a PBTA game in the vein of Teen Titans. It doesn't offer as much creative freedom, though.

Whatever system you pick, use the City of Crime supplement.

Most creators just put their stuff on itch and drivethruRPG, and if they got any third space they are in those stores too. You might want to occasionally check out Fanatical/Humble Bundle book bundles and Bundle of Holding if they are having any solo or solo friendly e-book deals.

trying to hone in on the system i want to run for an idea i had. the choices are HtV or SWADE w the horror companion and East Texas University. what system supports best the fantasy of being a dude stumbling into the supernatural and being forced to fight to survive, eventually becoming strong overtime through mundane tools, magic trinkets, and gained power.
I'm conflicted with HtV for its deep focus on the social aspect in ttrpg and the severely punishing nature of combat.

recently found solorpglist.com
my approach is to pirate first to check if the book isn't crap (google and scribd, pdfcoffee, anyflip), if it's going to stick with me, then eventually get the paid copy to support the author (and have it neatly organized in itch or drivethrough library). but honestly, stop chasing the perfect system, and just play the goddamn things you already have.

Are the tribe/village/kingdom leading Quests based on some published game, or all QM homebrews? I kinda wanna play something like that.

Look up Sigil & Shadow. I think it occupies a good middle ground somewhere between occult horror and Buffy-esque action.
It has a third party solo supplement.
