Are there any games that emulate the feel of early mmos class trees? By that I mean that leveling up let's you specialize into something that's unique both in flavor and skills. Not as retarded as pic related but more indepth than D&D subclasses.

"Leveling up let us you specialize into something that is unique in both flavor and skills" doesn't particularly feel like an MMO.
What would feel more like an MMO is a tabletop game that was somehow linked all across the world played simultaneously, with everyone being able to interact and affect the world.
What you described feels like what any class system should offer, because there's no point in having options if those options aren't different from each other.

OVA if you start with the "Everyman" archetype is basically an MMO class tree from there on.

Every time a tooth falls out you get one experience point towards the gypsie class.

Swordsman is more suited as there are irl dances with origins in fencing/sword fighting.

IIRC from my time playing, bard evolves from archer because they use their harp (or lute?) to shoot arrows, while dancer is the female version

Dexterity-focused class path?
Assume system with no "charisma" stat, so artistc performance is also Dexterity-dependent.
