He never existed, it was all in your mind.

How does unmaking work for a changeling (CtD)? Do changelings have 2 souls since their human body continues to live?

>wiki-skimming
At least read their two pages in M20 or something.
>CoE sounds more like a Slaanesh thing, which could fit for the Nephandi ally sure, but not a mage who’s avatar is Khorne.
Look past the drug addict stereotype and you should quickly realise that the unifying factor of the Cult of Ecstasy is that they almost universally believe that their magic comes from a heightened state of consciousness, from their unleashed passion. This fits a berserker extremely well, even your religious one. By surrendering to the throes of rage, they become attuned to their god. Such a focus is ideal for an Ecstatic.
>I know that they specialize in the Time sphere so I wasn’t sure if it’s the good one to pick
If you're playing M20, you usually get a selection of spheres to choose your affinity sphere from. An Ecstatic can go with Time, Life or Mind.

IIRC the human and faerie souls are mingled (except in the case of some sidhes), they're not two separate ones. The post-undone human is 'alive' but usually a borderline automaton just going through the motions of life, having only the human remnants of their soul remaining after the faerie part is ripped away.

>Human
>Male (White)
>Hunter
Now, what personality should he have?

Grim, serious, and stoic but righteous.

>CoE sounds more like a Slaanesh thing, which could fit for the Nephandi ally sure, but not a mage who’s avatar is Khorne.
Nah, their focus is on perception and emotion. That can certainly come from the stereotypical drugs and sex, but a berserk rage would absolutely fit as well. A common subversion for an Ecstatic is an athlete who uses their adrenaline rushes due to their distortion of perception. For spheres you can just pick Life or Mind or whatever you're interested in, I highly doubt your ST is going to care that much. Though I think Time works just fine, the world around you is literally slowing down as you frenzy. Enemies falter and find it hard to fight against you due to slow reflexes, slow limbs, etc.

I usually do wiki-skimming (and random sites too for quick searches) when I either don't have the book on hand, or I want to speadread about something.

I admit to my over reliance on those unreliable sources.

>>97909790
So far I got a dot in everything besides Correspondance, Spirit and Time. Though I'm not sure if not picking Correspondance is going to cripple my "sniffer" build, even if it's secondary to just being a living blender fuled by carnage. Then again, in the mental department I only boosted Wits to get a bonus initiative, so I might be doing it wrong

How would Leon fare in your current campaign?
>>
>>97910054
i haven't played the new resident evil yet but from what i seen online he would somehow parry a etherite beam canon with a axe say something like "world just got a whole lot less dark" and then do a backflips
>>
>>97910054
Which Leon?
>RE2 Leon
He lives but I don't think he'd accomplish anything at any moment.
>RE4 Chad Leon
Total. Hunter. Victory.
>RE4R Leon
He probably foils the hell out of the party's plan or the antagonist's plan but he'd be rather depressed during the journey and while he's impressive I think it'd be a hard won victory for him in a setting where shit's actually crazy.
>Requiem Leon
Monsters? Killed. Girls? Saved. Vitals? Missed. He'd probably retire after. The Requiem gun alone is pure sex and I think it'd probably be enough to put down a werewolf, so this Leon is probably the strongest one.
>>
>>97910137
Leon in 9 has too many back problems to do those, but that sounds about right.
>Parries Vicissitude grab
>Kneecaps your Menthuselah
>Sharpens Axe
>Sorry, this blood's not for sale
>Decapitates the FUCK out of the vampire

Are there any discords or similar groups in this general I can join? I've tried being involved in WOD games among the people I know and god they are all terrible. I only know one guy who is good and not horrifically autistic. I want to join an actual role playing experience with the people who post in these threads. I love WOD but I'll never have the chance to actually play it without people from this place.

If you insist on staying Arete 1 Avatar 1, I'd go with Correspondence over Forces, mostly for roleplaying purposes.
Forces 1 grants perception of forces, typically in order to detect the full electromagnetic spectrum. Infrared, ultraviolet, sonar, radio, etc. While cool, this doesn't seem like the sort of thing that would help a berserker, or that a berserker would be capable of.
Correspondence 1 grants the mage awareness of things near the mage, even if they can't perceive them with standard senses. This sixth sense could be used to thwart ambushes when combined with Life 1, as an example, as a sort of 'life sense,' that could manifest as the berserker being able to feel the blood pumping through the veins of potential prey.

Changelings have a soul that is basically a mix of Humans and Fae if they aren't the kind to just replace human Souls. If you unmake a Changeling, you basically destroy the Fae part but the human parts remain and can even become a Wraith when they die.
>>
>>97910154
>horrifically autistic
Sadly, this is likely going to be your experience with everyone here, including myself. We all feel very strongly about the World of Darkness and often disagree about it. A /wodg/ game would be full of rules lawyering, lore policing and arguing over minutia. A /wodg/ poster might be a good player in a group of ordinary people, but a group of /wodg/ posters playing together would only end in sorrow.
>>
>>97910154
>>97910191
What I'm hearing is we're custom-built to neg each other while playing Wraith
>>
>>97910191
Don't forget, in a /wodg/ game for 4 people, 2 have actually played a game and will be busy tisming at eachother while the other 2 are nogames.

>Also those weapons… they’re beautiful. Since they’re level 2 wonders do they only have the sweet stats (which are awesome), or do they come with extra powers? I googled your thing and also found out the Swords of Mars… imagine having a malign sword of mars ungeased…
Yes they do. The creator of it can basically put any Rote suitable for a weapon into them and depending on its wonder rank, multiple ones.

To clarify. When I say autistic, I dont mean the internet version of the term. I mean *Autistic* people who are stunted, miss social cues, cant comprehend mindsets other than their own etc. I played with a guy who genuinely has the brain of a Martian. We stop the game, tell him A = B he then concludes ''Oh I get it, it equals X!'' that kind of autistic. I'm fine with debates, even heated ones over lore and rules. But what I want is actual role play with people I can engage and cooperate with. Not retards.
>>
>>97910203
The literal perfect wraith misery machine exists here, and we haven't realised we were in a dead IP all along.
>>
>>97910225
>people who are stunted
Debatable.
>miss social cues
Happens on occasion here. See the frequent assertion that the discussions that occur here are shitposting, even when they're civil.
>can't comprehend mindsets other than their own etc
Happens a lot here, with people who express their inability to see the appeal of certain games or splats and get irate when other people try to explain the appeal to them.

Don't get me wrong, most regulars here are likely high functioning, but they've got some degree of the actual 'tism if they devote this much of their free time and lives to posting about a tabletop game with strangers on the internet who they don't actually play with.

I gotta agree with the other anon. It would be like 10% role playing, optimistically, while the rest of the time is spent arguing over white room builds and shit flinging.
>>
>>97910273
I'm autistic as well. I have no issue at all with autists. What I mean is people who are not high functioning. If anyhing that sounds like a blast. The only people I've ever known, besides one IRL person, who I feel any sort of kinship with are other autists. I just wanna fucking play games dude. Not be endlessly told ''Recruit from your local community'' there are no people here.
