You can cut off the back kibble for a sleeker, more feminine robot mode and still partsform her into a car. It might be a bit tricky and the car won't be as solid (it will fall apart if dropped), but it's doable.

Yeah its a recent-ish korean toyline called Metal Cardbot, and its currently in its third season. Its actually really good for what it is.
The first season's toys are fun, but lacking in articulation. Starting with season 2, however, they become AMAZING and season 3 is looking even better so far.
Here's where you can watch it subbed: https://cabalex.github.io/mcb-sub/

I'm interested in this too. I really want one... I'm hoping I won't have to buy aftermarket prices on ebay or something. I mean... I have the disposable income. I could. But 32 USD is a really good price as is.

Fast and expensive way is Gmarket for Korean release coming soon.
Slow and cheap way is to wait for the Chinese version around 6 months later and buy off ali/taobao/ebay

For USA there's no good way. Your domestic distributor Agabyss has been dragging their heels still with season 1. You guys are fucked.

It depends. The Chinese run of S1 was 1 year later and that was consistent with SAMG's other property, Miniforce's Chinese seasons.
For MCB S they started ramping up things to just 6 months. They even released two characters (Deepbite and RockCrush) earlier than their Korean versions due to how China releases everything in 2 large waves.
So there's a possibility MCB W will be even shorter than 6 months lag, what we know is that they have a live-action spinoff to air and MCB W is already registered with the China agencies for launch.

I was initially just curious because it was a pretty, thick robogirl but this video showed me just how impressive this thing is.
A ton of gimmicks, great posability, a nice alt-mode. My only complaint is that she is a bit partsformy but that isn't a big deal. This line seems to have the soul that Transformers has been sorely lacking recently and I am unreasonably jealous.

she out this month in Korea. probably will get the chinese version of her toy (and the rest of the W/season 3 toys) probably later in the year. US is getting the first season toys as they are up for pre order on BBTS and it seems that Amazon will sell them too once they are out. no idea about europe/uk or how long until western releases of the toys catch up with this new super recent batch of season 3 toys in korea

Recently got my hands on Flame Nova, Blastrain, and Glober.
Flame Nova's sideskirts constantly get in the way of his hip articulation, and he's lacking bicep swivels (has forearm swivels though). I can live with it since he's made of FOUR vehicles that combine together.
Blastrain is awesome. His base form is incredibly articulate, dense, and fun to play with. His transformation is great too. His super mode is a lot of fun, but he gives up his thigh swivels in exchange for knee swivels.
Glober is basically a perfect toy.

Got this mother fucker and I love him. Still in the middle of season 1 so I just got Cielo after all about his toy design triggered my autism. cool color palette, cool jet mode. cool giant dual smgs.
Picking him up out of the package triggered some dormant feeling of wonder, genuine autistic joy for picking up a toy as if you were a child and not like the many many adult collector toy lines stuff. What a joy of a toy, even if its not hyper ultra mega articulated as muh studio series fuck you.

>he can get floppy in the waist and legs area, particularly the combined mode
The main issue is that his outward hip ratchets are strong, but have a lot of space between the teeth. This can lead to his legs sliding outwards a bit if you get him in a really wide stance here his feet aren't completely flat in super mode. His super mode's upper body also likes to wobble side to side a little.
The second korean release (and the chinese version) fix these issue and generally tightens his ratchets all over but its an absolute crapshoot which release (1st or 2nd) you're getting you're getting if you buy the korean version from Gmarket or Ebay.
My personal experience has been great. His base form is immaculate and his super mode is big, imposing, and poses much better than you'd expect.

Grand Bluleon is really cool. I always love a combiner.
I wonder are there any more combiners in Metal Cardbot?

That's the only one that's 2 robots that combine. The rest are cardbots that split into multiple vehicles.

I wanna get into collecting at least a few Metal Cardbots, specifically the main characters from W/the third season. I've been having a hard ass time trying to figure out what I'm even really supposed to be looking for regarding figures, like, the Tachy OP posted, or a good figure gor Blue Cop.
What should I be searching/looking up when trying to get figures of them? Forgive me for being retarded and asking a retarded question, but my dumbass is struggling.

I got her yesterday. She's much bigger than I thought, solid joints too. Fun and easy transformation with parts of the robot mode creatively integrated into the car mode. Really good articulation in base robot mode, unfortunately legs in super mode are a bit resrtricted in movement (knees and ankles). Overall, 9/10, simply amazing for a mass produced toy targeted at kids under 10 and miles ahead of any Hasbro made fembot.

gmarket import? I believe I'll wait for the chinese version of her toy to pop up on ali, wish or other chink websites. No idea when that would be, apparently season 3 is yet to air in china and the very first season 3 toys still dont have their chinese versions (they sometimes fix small qa issues)
